At Aurora Alimentos, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that all our frozen meat and poultry products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing any orders.


1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perishable, temperature-sensitive goods), we do not accept returns unless the item delivered is incorrect, damaged, or spoiled upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • The product must remain unopened, in its original packaging, and properly stored (e.g., frozen).

  • Proof of the issue (photo/video) must be submitted with your return request.


2. Refunds

If your return is approved due to damage or incorrect items:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind.

  • Improper handling or storage after delivery.


3. Replacements

Where applicable, we may offer a product replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability and your preference.


4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
